Homeless People are a Victoria Community issue; not just a Burnside Gorge Neighbourhood issue

BC Housing and City of Victoria need to ensure that our entire community, even the homeless are helped out collectively.

This issue spreads well beyond just the Burnside Gorge Neighbourhood to take the burden of.

It's time that the City and BC Housing recognize that they need to think outside their bubble and start employing better and more effective solutions already seen across Canada.
