Next Step (Pun Intended!)

So within 24 hours, the petition got almost 800 supporters and within a few hours more, Global News came and went and found a Westmount city counselor to go on record saying something will be put in place in September. Excitement galore, high-fives, WooTs! BUT...as thrilling as the news is, let us not rest on our laurels just yet. The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry, so let's roll up our sleeves and start typing some big THaNK-You letters to the City of Westmount! Pick one or more of the following council members: Peter F. Trent, Mayor of Westmount, pftrent@westmount.org Cynthia Lulham, Commissioner of Sustainability and Parks, clulham@westmount.org Theodora Samiotis, Commissioner of Urban Planning, tsamiotis@westmount.org Let them know how grateful we are that the crosswalk is finally happening!
