Decatur continues to bank with Wells Fargo. We are publically calling for commissioners to support a new city banking RFP.  We need to invest our City dollars in a bank the aligns with our City Values. Wells Fargo has one of the worst customer fraud, employee abuse and for profit prison investment records of any bank. Further, since the 2016 Paris Climate Agreement, Wells Fargo is the second largest global investor in new fossil fuel infrastructure at close to 500 billion in three years.  Please attend the Monday 8/19 7pm Decatur City Commissioners Meeting to call for a new City banking partner.
