Another incident has involved ritchies transportation.  An 11 year old autistic boy was left in school van for four hours. With no explanation from the driver.

The parents wished not to be named, there son attending Wilson school, he was supposed to be dropped off to school that day however they were informed by the school at 11.01am that their son was absent. They were later told at 12.52 that he was still in the school van.

The person unloading the school van didnt notice him , he went home and two hours later someone calls him. He checks on his van and finds the remaining child inside. For more on this NzHerald has done an article:

My list of concerns are great. Duty of care failures, inadequate supervision, safety risks, training concerns and much more. But this shows neglect and child endangerment.
