It's nearly half term and if your family is like ours then the lack of either a Changing Place or Space to Change toilet can put a serious downer on the day. Luckily, there is now a Customer feedback form that you can just print out and hand in to either management or customer services during your visit. I've included the link to the form, print a few out and have a few in your bag to hand out on trips to tourist attractions or even when you're visiting the local supermarket. Let's get appropriate toilet facilities in all the places we need them.
