Last week I ran an AI review of the minutes of North Yorkshire Council meetings referring to the implementation of the new Active North Yorkshire membership structure.  

This indicates that at no point did the council explicitly vote on and approve a decision to offer a tiered charging structure that gives earlier booking access to fitness classes. No reviewed minute recorded a debate or vote specifically on priority booking windows.

So, it would appear that the tiered membership structure implemented by our local authority has not been approved in a democratic process.   

This makes it even more important that we gain enough signatures to force the issue onto the Council's agenda for review.
