Cathenge DC petition for 2025

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for signing the petition last year.  I wasn't able to get all of the mandatory DC city government permits and other details together in time for last year's deadline, so I am trying again this year, and am making solid progress.  I never give up!

The petition is a requirement of the grant application, and it must be current, and so I've issued a new (and improved!) petition.  The deadline for the current grant proposal is on July 22nd - 10 days from now.
