It is deplorable that in Australia anyone whose life is destroyed by a miscarriage of justice caused by a lawyers ignorance of the law is further punished for demanding justice and told by the judicial bias of cowardly men like Justice White of the New South Wales Supreme Court, that lawyers dont need to know the law because they are protected by a conflict of interest Law of Advocates Immunity under the premise that the ignorance of the law was merely "advice".

In effect, Australians dont need to know the law and ignorance of the law should be a defence for all Australians, not only for negligent lawyers.

Until the Conflict of Interest Law of Advocates Immunity is abolished, all Australians are entitled to rely on ignorance of the law as a defence.
