The highest authority of the Australian justice system, the Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department evaded a very serious question in the Australian public interest. You should all be asking why?

We asked:

We are in the process in seeking the abolishing of the Law of Advocates Immunity. Will the Attorney General or the department explain to the Australian public why Australia is the only Commonwealth and Western civilised nation on Earth that upholds the Law of Advocates Immunity? when;

(a) it is a conflict of interest law

(b) it adds to the injustice already experienced by victims of professional negligent lawyers

(c) it exclussively benefits legal insurance companies raising questions of integrity and corruption

(d) it contravenes public confidence in the administration of justice

Their evasive answer is an insult to Australian public intelligence.

We demand justice!

Bring Australia upto the 21st century like the UK, New Zealand, Canada, the USA and all of Europe...

Abolish this unjust law of advocates immunity.
