Here is a recent blog titled: "Jesus Loves All the Children - ?; A Section 15 Charter Challenge Regarding Indian and Northern Affairs Canada’s Unstated Paternity Policy"
"INAC’s unstated paternity policy is the quintessential Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms test. Also included in my blog is a link to a speech by Director Dr. Kim Stanton of LEAF. When you move to the 6 minute mark you will hear Kim talk about the significance of my court case.
