Hello Lake Paran supporters,

Thank you again for signing on to support our mission of saving Lake Paran! With your signatures, we are now able to go to various stakeholders with the goal of seeking funding for a our weed management efforts. 

However, as a community run non-profit, we want to be sure to include your input in every step of this process. Please join us on Monday, October 17th at 6:30pm for our first Save Lake Paran Committee meeting where we will provide an update of where we are at in the process and seek input from community members. We would love for a variety of Lake Paran lovers to join including swimmers, conservationists, anglers (from both the Fish and Wildlife side and beach side), boaters, ect. From this committee, we hope to create a targeted plan for our harvesting efforts that will take place next summer. 

Again this meeting is free and open to the public on Monday, October 17th in the Lake Paran Building (269 Houghton Street, North Bennington, VT 05257). Hope to see you there.
