This is a single petitioners’ appeal to authorities and governments. There are no organisations or corporate/financial support for this petition.
We had 500 signatures 18 months ago! Those were the dark days where there was no hope. The petitioners of this petition were gagged by Court Orders and dragged through every single Court in the land, bankrupted and made homeless, threatened with more harm by the Family Courts if they DID NOT DROP THE PETITION and ordered to pay “Costs” for cases the Petitioners had won!
Yet the Petitioners did not give up this worthy cause. Today, there are close to 32,000 who have demanded investigation into horrors of criminal element of Family Court's operation and its Operatives.

Honourable Justice Pascoe, Chief Justice of Australia's Family Court who was appointed in November 2017 (and will retire in December of this year), has said publicly that there needs to be a Royal Commission into Family Courts.
A Royal Commission is a major ad-hoc formal public inquiry into a defined issue. They have been held in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia. A royal commission is similar in function to a commission of enquiry (or inquiry) found in other countries such as Ireland, South Africa, and regions such as Hong Kong.
It has considerable powers, generally greater even than those of a judge but restricted to the terms of reference of the commission. The commission is created by the head of state (the sovereign, or his/her representative in the form of a governor-general or governor) on the advice of the government and formally appointed by letters patent.
In practice—unlike lesser forms of inquiry—once a commission has started the government cannot stop it. Consequently, governments are usually very careful about framing the terms of reference and generally include in them a date by which the commission must finish.
Royal commissions are called to look into matters of great importance and usually controversy. These can be matters such as government structure, the treatment of minorities, events of considerable public concern or economic questions. Many royal commissions last many years and, often, a different government is left to respond to the findings.
Once one Family Court is investigated in one country the rest will come down like a house of cards!
In 2017, Prime Minister of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull, lied to an advocacy group with petitions carrying 100,000 signatures for a Royal Commission, that it is constitutionally impossible to call a Royal Commission into these Courts.
Later, to buy time, the Attorney General George Brandis, called a Parliamentary Enquiry, due to considerable evidence of corruption, judicial misconduct, rampant abuse of parents and children. At the 11th hour, he pulled the last witness out of the Enquiry, falsely relying on some conflicts! The last witness was no one but the notorious Chief Justice of the Family Court for 14 years, Diana Bryant. Indeed he protected the Chief Justice Bryant for crimes committed under her watch and mislead the public by not allowing her to appear before the Parliamentary Committee.
The Costly and fruitless Parliamentary Enquiry made its Recommendations in September 2018.
The Australian Law Review Commission was appointed in May 2017 (again to further buy time for the inevitable Royal Commission) to review Family Law Act! Amongst its members, is the Ex-Chief Justice of Family Courts, Diana Bryant, the same person responsible for writing these Laws according to her own admissions. The same person Attorney General forbade her appearance before the Parliamentary Commission!! That report is due in March 2019.
Meanwhile, Family Courts are operating in exactly the same predatory and abusive fashion, destroying lives and livelihoods of parents and children with the added pressure of threats of investigation on its Operatives. They transfer their dismay and wrath on the devastated parents and innocent children, in these Courts, today. The current Attorney General Mr Christian Porter is also relying on delaying tactics of his predecessor, supposedly awaiting the March Report on Family Law as his excuse for not calling a Royal Commission.
Consequently, no one in these Courts is being investigated. Their protection against prosecution remains at 100% as no politician or journalist dares to touch this can of worms.
The Australian Government and Attorney Generals KNOW a Royal Commission is inevitable, therefore they are buying time re-structuring the courts and amalgamating it with another Court. Therefore when the time comes for a Royal Commission, there will be no Family Courts left. The judges have either stepped down or retired and hence they will not be investigated.
Indeed this is the most heinous of cover-ups for the most heinous of crimes.
An investigation into a “Court of LAW” operating with no constitutional standing, no jurisdiction, total impunity, no judicial oversight, rampant corruption and judicial misconduct all under the cloak of “Justice, Truth and Law”, will bring down the economy of any country in Compensation Payments to its victims.
Successive governments and Attorney Generals have failed the public, who have elected them to Office, in their “duty of care”. They, together with the Family Court Judges have gagged whistle-blowers and simultaneously let go of criminals conducting prosecutions style Hearings in a Court with no jurisdiction other than those coined by their own Judges.
They (The Governments, Attorney Generals and Family Court Judges) with specific knowledge of crimes committed in these Courts and lack of action to stop them, are jointly responsible for ripping families apart, causing deaths, suicides, mental illness, irreversible physical and emotional harm and financial devastation to innocent members of public who had gone to these Courts for protection and justice.
They are and will be held accountable for what they did and what they did not do. They are on the WRONG side of history. No tyrannical operation lasts the test of time, by its nature.
We however, are on the right side of history. We are innocent, loving, caring responsible citizens. We are parents, grand parents, aunts and uncle. We are friends, colleagues, brothers and sisters. We are DECENT. We are fighting a system that knowingly and for decades has brought death and devastation to Families, the building block of our societies.
We are on the RIGHT side of history, and by our nature, we will be victorious!
We will get them investigated, convicted of crimes against federal, state, International Human and Children' rights, because we are just and because they are not.
Thank you for being the voice of the voiceless children and broken parents devastated by Family Courts.
Thank you for standing for the broken parents and torn apart children whose lives and livelihood have been destroyed by the Family Courts to line the pockets of corrupt legal practitioners, report writers and Judicial Officers.
Politicians have known about the Family Court Corruption for so long. They will not move to investigate until us, the people, with our sheer force of numbers and determination, demand and get an Independent (with a maximum of 2 legal people on the panel and the rest normal human beings) Royal Commission to investigate the Family Courts.
They do not want the corrupt in Family Courts and those who protected and covered up for them to be exposed.
The victims are children. They do not vote.
Family Courts enjoy protectionist laws that only apply to Family Courts.
In practice these laws protect the corrupt and not as they claim are in the "best interest of the child".
Because of these laws no news agency will touch cases that should become public. This, in turn makes the corrupt in the Evil Empire, more arrogant. They are hiding behind these protectionist laws and continue to devastate children and parents' lives to line their un-fillable pockets of greed.
We challenge the Family Courts to show one case in the past 4 decades of deadly operation that the best interest of the child was observed and protected.
We challenge the Family Courts to not prosecute those who report their abuse in Family Courts to the media and not take legal action against the media when they report Family Court's violations of Criminal and International laws.
We challenge you to take this gag off and let the public find out what you have been doing in these dark chambers of horror and misery, and see the public outrage.
The texture and DNA of these courts are weaved into corruption and abuse of the most vulnerable. They run a wedge between parents of the same children, destroy the fabric of their families, destroy their livelihood, finances, mental health, physical health... and There is not one agency... NOT ONE AGENCY! ... where victims of family Court can complain to or report these abuses of power by the most powerful in our society: a Family Court Judge, with absolute un-challenged power that has inevitably resulted in absolute and unchallenged corruption... Even within the Family Court there is no agency that can investigate corruption and malpractice and abuse of power.
We owe it to our children and to millions of children and parents lives that has been destroyed in the hands of the operators of the #EvilEmpire, the Family Courts, to stand by the oppressed, the broken, the distraught, the victims of these monstrous courts.
The public will be outraged when the truth is finally discovered and light is shone in the dark corridors of greed and corruption of the Family Courts stained forever with blood and tears of the most vulnerable... the children and their parents who turned to these courts for justice and protection.
The same Courts that failed them in both areas to line the pockets of Lawyers, Judges, Report Writers.
If you think what happened in Catholic Church was outrageous, wait till you find out about Family Courts. You will be sickened that the Family Courts colluded with and protected the criminals and poisoned the fountain of justice in our society, where the Judiciary is supposed to be one of the third pillars of our precious democracy.
