If you look in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, you won’t find the term. Yet.
The DSM is the official “blue book” used by mental health professionals. Whereas many of the CEOs of major banks and lenders probably quality as sociopaths, we now have a title for those suffering from their heavy handed tactics .
What happens in Family Courts to parents and children disturbingly resembles to symptoms of victims of socio- and psychopaths. Here is what Dr. Huffer writes:
*If you are deeply disillusioned and feeling oppressed as a citizen, resulting from experience with our justice system you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome.
*If you’ve been a litigant in court and justice was not to be obtained at any price, you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome
*If you fantasize about an act of vigilante vengeance because it seems like the only resource, you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome
*If you feel numb, disconnected, and vulnerable, you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome
*If you feel that the “system” will defeat you at every turn and there is nothing you can do about it, you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome"
For sufferers of sociopaths in our banking system, one lawyer wrote in her book that, “Competent, confident, outgoing entrepreneurs are reduced to “shell-shocked” paranoia, unable to make the most basic decisions.
Polite, law-abiding individuals are transformed into raging extremists, after being lulled unsuspectingly in many cases into believing that they will emerge from bankruptcy able to pick up the pieces with a fresh start.”
Bankruptcy is only one of the devastating outcomes of Family Courts. Losing contact with your child is another. Jail is another! Gagging and being silenced is another! Humiliation by judges is another!... and the list goes on.
Those who worry daily about where they will live and who get put on hold for hours or told for the 42nd time that their loan modification paperwork was not received are especially prone to suffering from this type of disorder.
Foreclosure victims ride an emotional roller coaster, often facing conflicting information and seemingly impossible hurdles to keep their homes. Some victims unable to cope with such trauma, sadly resort to suicide.
Unfortunately many victims feel powerless and give up, but they can prevail against Family Courts' legal abuse. They must come together and collectively take on the powerful Family Court, that is a disturbing mockery of justice and judicial process. Governments will do nothing!
They are in this together with the Family Courts. However this does not mean victims should not campaign and write to their parliamentarians and government officials and demand investigation in to crimes against innocent parents and children in these courts.
Family Courts are what in legal terms we call a Planned Scheme Design. They were setup to commit these crimes.
** There is total protection for those who operate in Family Courts (by their own planned laws- unconstitutionally).
** There is also a ban on reporting on Family Court Cases (by their own planned laws- unconstitutionally). And
** There is a ban also for victims of these courts to speak about or make public their own cases (by their own planned laws-unconstitutionally).
Put only the above three unconstitutional laws planned for Family Courts only and you will see why and how its victims take their own lives.
Family Courts and governments that knowingly protected and covered up for Family Courts crimes against innocent children, their parents and families, are just as responsible for the atrocities committed over many decades throughout the world in these courts.
Larry Nassar, now a convicted serial child rapist, was also protected and his crimes covered up by his employers and colleagues for decades while he continued to rape young athletes in front of their parents.
Multitude of complains against Larry Nassar were silenced (just like Family Courts) and not reported to Police. It took (just like the pedophiles in Catholic Church) a brave journalist to expose this monster.
Listen to the testimonies of his victims. If you have been a victim of Family Courts, you can identify with victims of Larry Nassar. You need to write to journalists and ask them to cover Family Court cases although it is illegal to report on Family Court Cases.
The assault on innocent children and parents in Family Courts is a Planned Scheme for monetary profit only.
There is no care for the child or parent.
They are viewed simply as pawns in this wretched game with only one winner, the operatives of Family Courts.
The Family Court Operatives thru the violation of rights and dignity of their child/parent victims, when they have gone to these courts with TRUST in our legal processes and justice, commit the most heinous of crimes .
The betrayal of this trust leaves the victims of Family Courts feeling RAPED. They feel VIOLATED by people we hold in the highest regard in our communities,
The Judges! Until victim statements of all victims of Family Courts are made public, victims of Family Courts will not rest. They will not rest so that these crimes will never happen to anyone else in our society.
