"Why it is unlikely you will ever get a fair hearing in family court. The system has a conflict of interest to place the child with the parent with the least amount of money and extort money from the other parent to increase State and Local funding. It is not about the "Best Interest of the Child", it is about how much money can the Family Court and extenders of the Judicial System as well as other agencies and professionals can make off of family grief. I call this fund the "booze and hooker fund" and it is in the millions of dollars with no accountability. The system is set up as to incorporate anyone paying child support."
