A Professionally un-qualified Family Court Report Writer is responsible for training and teaching the Judges of Family Courts of Australia about Child Abuse, "Parental Alienation" and other aspects of protection of children. I cannot give his name here because Family Court Operatives enjoy their own gag orders! This man is responsible for numerous Expert Reports to the Court deciding the living arrangement of children. His name should be made public by the Family Court for the protection of children and his crimes against children and parents should be investigated by a criminal investigator and he should be made to pay for his crimes. Being unqualified.... he is not registered with any professional organisation in Australia. Being a Report Writer and counsellor highly sought after and approved by the Family Courts.... His misconducts cannot be reported and his acting as a psychologist charging $300 per session to anyone or any professional organisation- Gag Law!! Being unqualified and Not being registered as a professional, by law, he is NOT REQUIRED TO REPORT CHILDREN AT RISK OF HARM TO CHILD PROTECTION AGENCIES. He works in a Psychology Firm (Family Court approved and recommended). The Head of this Firm is a qualified psychologist. She, a qualified psychologist, recommends this guy to be the "Therapist" for children who are clearly at risk of harm. When children at risk of harm who are in therapeutic care of this unqualified-Family Court-approved-report-writer, report abuse to him, he reports the children's account of abuse to the abuser (and not the other parent). The abuser scolds and silences the children. The children stop reporting abuse to the Court-appointed "Therapist" in fear of retribution by the abuser. The children lose their trust in one adult they were told to trust! The Children refuse to go and see the "Therapist". The "Therapist" sees the abuser 10 times (at $300 a pop) in that many days. The "Therapist" contacts the Court appointed children's lawyer (ICL) and requests that ICL asks for a COURT ORDER so that the children are forcibly taken to the "Therapist" at $300 a pop paid by the non-abusive parent. The non-abusive parent forces the children to attend the "Therapist" at $300 a pop as the Court Order required the parent to do just that. The Children tell the "Therapist" they no longer want to see him as they see no point in seeing him as three years of seeing him has done nothing to curb the abusive behaviour of the Abuser. The "Therapist" reports to the ICL that the children need to see him another at least 5 times and that ICL should get another Order from the Family Court Judge. The Judge makes the Orders. The Children refuse to see the unqualified "Therapist". The non-abusive parent is now in Contempt of Court for not forcing the Children to abide by Court Orders obtained by unqualified "Therapist" via the ICL. The unqualified "Therapist" states that his job is not to assess the mental health or mental illness of parents but to uphold the law and the Court Orders! The Unqualified "Therapist" states that his hands are tied in reporting the Children at Risk of Harm to relevant Agencies. His hands are tied???? In fact, he has no legal obligation to report them because he is unqualified. The unqualified "Therapist" has no answer as why the same children in his"professional" care were reported as "CHILDREN at RISK of HARM" by doctors, school counsellors, teachers, psychologists? The Unqualified "Therapist" states that seeing the abusive parent 10 times in that many days is not a problem as he will see anyone who pays him. The unqualified "Therapist" states that parents with mental illness who have killed their children in the past few days (all involved in Family Court Custody battles) is not related to the mental illness of the parent! The unqualified "Therapist" denies the horrendous recent cases of at least four children's death by a mentally ill parent occurred as a result of or having any connection with the mental illness of the killer-parent. The unqualified "Therapist" was unable to detect signs of severe mental illness of the abusive parent from accounts of the children... because he has had no formal training in psychology and assessment of mental illness. The unqualified "Therapist" boasts and tries to silence queries about his conduct by referring to himself not only as a professional but also being a TRAINER and Lecturer for the Judges of the Family Court. The unqualified "Therapist", when called to give evidence in Court.... No prizes in guessing which parent he will side with. No prizes for who the Judges will believe. This is the tragic state of affairs in Family Courts of Australia. They, the Family Court of Australia, failed in checking this guy's qualifications for close to 30 years. The Family Court failed in their obligation to protect the Children and uphold the Australian Laws. The Family Courts of Australia failed in their Duty of Care! You would be shocked if your GP or Specialist or Surgeon did not have a degree in medicine and subsequent professional training required for them to act as a GP or medical specialist or a surgeon.... You would be appalled if your lawyer or your judge had not attended law school... You would be horrified if your children's teacher had never attended school himself... You would be blown away if your accountant's qualification included a training in operating a calculator.... BUT no one is shocked that our children are in therapeutic counselling at $300 a session by an unqualified person with no training in psychology or psychiatry... and that the same guy is an and was an EXPERT WITNESS who decides the well being and future living arrangement of a child in the notoriously corrupt Family Court! This is the crime of Family Courts against our children and parents. #CA$H4KIDS Damn the system and the judicial system that knowingly allow this to continue. Damn the politicians that knowingly allow the abuse of children and parents to continue because they do not have the guts to stand up to the most powerful judicial system in Australia exempt from investigation, protected against any complaint. They are just as guilty for allowing this to continue. People have the power. Be outraged! Be shocked! Be appalled! Be disgusted! What happened in Catholic Church is nothing compared to what happens and has happened for the past 30 years in the #EvilEmpire of FAmily Courts of Australia.
