Canadians Still To Be Subjected to Speculation Tax Despite Focus on Foreign Buyers

Attorney General David Eby says “the issue has always been the use of internationally earned $$$, which hasn’t been subject to (Canadian) taxes, like local people’s has, and the unfair advantage that brings,”.

And yet #Canadians still to be subjected to speculation tax.

Also, the study noted within the article reflects the opinions of Metro Vancouver residents only, not British Columbians overall. In my opinion, the responses would have been different provincially overall vs. in Vancouver.
