What Is Your Name?

I’ve received this question a few times. From some of you. From the media. Vaughn Palmer of the Vancouver Sun answered that question for me in this article when he said the following about a man with a cabin on a remote island: “Though I did get permission to quote him, I’ve left out his name, because I’d rather he not be subjected to the kind of abuse directed at others who’ve dared to plead their case publicly against the NDP tax grab.” Unfortunately I am not releasing my name or doing in person interviews. I’m sure you have seen the many replies on Twitter to our account. Many, especially in the early days, threatening. I have opted to keep myself out of this and to make this just about the issue and not about myself. I apologize. I’m not trying to be mysterious. There is some information about my family in the petition description. And I am very grateful to those who have been vocal with their personal stories. Anyway ... this is another good article from Vaughn on the issue we are all fighting.
