Daphne took her horse, Eva, to KZ Equine for training. Before her time at KZ, Eva had no issues loading into a trailer; however, that changed after she was being "trained" by Kylie and Zac. Kylie told Daphne that Eva acted like a fool while getting in the trailer, fell in the parking lot, rolled under the trailer door, and wedged herself underneath it. Kylie claimed that during this incident, Eva sustained what she claimed was just a cut, describing it as “nothing bad.” Kylie admitted to “spanking” Eva. After the incident, Kylie took Eva to a playday without Daphne’s permission. Later that evening, Daphne went to inspect Eva in person. Upon observation, Daphne noticed that what Kylie claimed to be a “cut” and "nothing bad" was actually a penetrating wound that Daphne had trouble healing because of how severe it was. 

They not only lied about Eva’s injury and allowed her to be ridden in the playday without the owners permission and despite the injury's severity, but they also placed a 12-year-old child on her to ride during the event. During Zac’s attempt to defend himself against the SHI report regarding Eva, he admitted that she wasn't kid-friendly.

Eva’s “trailer incident” happened in 2021, but she still struggles to load despite different training approaches and having various professional trainers work with her.
