Her family and community are extremely concerned about her wellbeing and we're asking that she be allowed to reunite with her children, handle her paperwork, and voluntarily depart.
This is extremely important to our entire community. Maureen worked as a registered nurse in a close-knit community hospital, and now she is being bounced around detainment facilities sleeping on the ground and has had no way to contact her children. We're asking that she be treated with the respect and dignity she deserves as a healthcare hero who worked and sacrificed for her community throughout the Covid-19 epidemic.
