Councillor Bradford has offered a lengthy response, including threatening to take legal action against his own constituents!

“The tall buildings are set almost 100 metres back from Queen Street and will not shadow any neighbouring residential properties.” - Councillor Bradford.

According to the architectural plan presented during the community consultation, the “tall” sections of the building (12-stories and 18-stories) are set back 27.5 metres from the property line at Queen, not “almost 100 metres.”
