"I think it’s amazing that they made this change,” said Sydney, 16, who’s been petitioning for years in hopes of ending the Boy Scouts’ “no-girls” rule.
"Allowing in young women, I think it’s incredible — they listened, and I think it’s incredible they did that too.”
