We are gathering information from councils to find out how many UC1 forms were sent out to EU citizens and how many were returned in time. 

That's how we know only 23% of EU citizens on average managed to register in time to vote (based on the figures we have so far).

Can you help us with this research which is driving the campaign?

We are also investigating how many postal ballots were sent out to Britons abroad and how many were sent back before polls closed.

This will form part of the evidence we will submit once we secure a public inquiry.
