The only bit that is missing is an update on how Simon got on trying to get the CAA to confirm credit refunds notes, as specified by ABTA, will retain ATOL protection?

Maybe you can also ask the CAA why they are letting travel companies flood out flimsy (non-redeemable to cash / not ATOL protected) vouchers   in the same call?

The fact that vouchers (no date on which they redeem to cash) will not be ATOL protected seems pretty clear now. 

Just say "No, thank you!" to flimsy vouchers!
