Important Workshop tomorrow at 4:30 at Bonner County Building presented to the Bonner County Planning and Zonning Commissioners by Keep Bonner County Rural members.
Keep Bonner County Rural Chairman -Dave Bowman, KBCR Vice Chair - Doug Gunter, KBCR Secretary - Sherry Anderson and KBCR Treasurer - Jonna Plante, are requesting a text amendment to Title 12 to help Keep Bonner County Rural.
Tomorrow members of Keep Bonner County Rural, will be presenting our amendment and working on the language, and you are welcome to come and give input after the presentation.
This amendment is requesting to add language to the process for changing or amending the Bonner County Comprehensive Plan; including zoning text, Comprehensive Plan text, and zoning and land use maps.

WE WON the Hoodoo Valley/DAUM hearing by two votes to 1. and you can read it here in the Bonner County Bee or here in the Sandpoint Reader.
Not surprisingly, Commissioner Dan McDonald sided with the developer of Daum Construction, which most felt it was against the Bonner County Revised Code, including Attorney Norm Semanko, who represented the Hoodoo Valley Group, and the other two commissioners voted against doubling the density.
