This bill is reintroduced after the horrific killing of 3 yo Aziz Ahmed in his own backyard by the neighbors pitbulls.
The bill has been amended and now DOES NOT affect responsible dog owners. Only owners whose dogs are repeatedly aggressive and unrestrained will face fencing requirements and penalties. And severe attacks on children will carry felony charges. This is a NO BRAINER for public safety.
