Richard Lecoat V Barnet Council Judicial Review Hearing UPDATE 

Mr Lecoat has agreed to the Council’s request for a postponement* to allow the new administration time to review the case.

The Judicial Review is due to examine the lawfulness of the Burroughs & Middlesex University Supplementary Planning Document which supports the wholesale redevelopment of Hendon.

The court date was originally slated for 14-15 June 2022. A new date for the hearing has not been set.
