We’re sure you will have heard the excellent news that the Judicial Review requested by local resident Richard Lecoat has finally been given permission to be heard at the High Court.
Without your continued support, Rick could not have begun his case at all. It’s remarkable for him to have been given this opportunity to continue.
He’s come this far, we don’t know what the outcome of the Judicial Review will be, or the effect it will have. But we do know this case is the greatest chance we have of interrogating the Hendon Hub through the law courts.
Therefore, we are re-launching our fundraising campaign for the next phase to support Rick and enable him to see this through.
We know times are hard but if there’s any way you could make a contribution to the fund, however small or big, it would be greatly appreciated.
