Just a quick one, I've been looking for more information on what is happening, because there is very little in the news and I've promised to keep you all posted on what I can find. 

I've found a timetable for what is happening in the court room, week-by-week over the course of the first 2-3 months. This week, it's Ford's turn to give evidence. You can see the full time-table in the article at the top of this update.

You can still join a claim, use the second link to check the registration plate of any diesel cars you've ever owned (even if you don't own them any more) to see if you're eligible to join and potentially receive £000's in compensation.
