Dear friends.  Thank you for supporting this petition.  We are well over 3000 signatures but need more to make this happen.

The election is over.  Prime Minister Mark Carney has met with Donald Trump, and Parliament will be back in session by the end of the month.

Let's send a message to the prime minister and our MPs that a convicted criminal, some one convicted multiple times for crimes in the US should not be allowed into Canada, as is the case under Canadian law.

The Canadian Criminal Code says that anyone convicted of a felony in their country of origin is not allowed to enter Canada.  THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCEPTION FOR A POLITICAL LEADER.
