Unfortunately despite over 5000 supporters in petition for Brisbane Grammar School to refund School Fees, communication today 13 January 2017 from Headmaster of Brisbane Grammar School reiterated the Board's refusal to refund School Fees. Victims are very disappointed at the current attitude of Brisbane Grammar School, as there is overwhelming support for a School Fee Refund as the only "Moral Thing to Do." We thank the Brisbane Grammar School community for such level of support. Brisbane Grammar Old Boys who feel now ashamed to say they attended the School until the School acts with Moral Values and a Moral Compass that incidentally is espoused by the School in much of their communication, we urge you all to share this petition. For victims this is most definitely not about money, it is actually about feeling that they School genuinely cares for the plight of Brisbane Grammar Old Boys and their families who have been devastated by the actions of Kevin Lynch Victims still feel as if the School most definitely is not showing any signs of being remorseful, at both the loss of a number of old boys who have committed suicide and those who have survived, but suffering long term mental health problems, as a direct consequence of the actions of Kevin Lynch and the Inaction of the Board of Trustees. We urge the whole School Community to continue to support the petition as the only Right and Justice thing the School could do for victims, their parents and families.
