We have decided to keep the petition open to help the council's public dedication and promise to vote in favour of Tiny Homes on Wheels being legal in the Municipality of Port Hope. While the work on these new by-laws is being put into place to present to Council for a vote, we all have this extra time to share and gather new signatures. We will then ensure the final signature count is added to the final presentation to express public opinion and add weight to the necessity of this initiative of affordable housing options for the Municipality of Port Hope and set the stage for other Municipalities to adopt similar by-laws!
