Flipping the camera on FaceTime on iOS 12 is a mess.

Instead of flipping the camera as usual, or implementing a double tapping the screen, or touching the smaller FT screen like in the iPad (which is no more), you now have to open a new menu, flip the camera, and close the menu. 

Also, this new menu covers the entire screen as you do it, so you can’t see what you are pointing at nor the incoming FaceTime.

It was hard enough teaching some elderly relatives how to switch the camera before.

They are going to have real difficulties with this so many will not update to iOS 12.

Apple, please change it back to the way it was. You have made this amazing feature an absolute pain and much more difficult to use.
