Our Real Halloween Scare

A Happy Halloween goes out to those who signed this petition. But as you all know, we already have our own nightmare that is scary as it is and true. By 2030 it is known that our population will grow to as much as over half a million people and our road system continues to have little effect on the outcome. If that does not scare you, let the fact that Staten Island has no reliable rail transit to begin with besides the current rail line between the St. George Ferry and Tottenville. An extremely scary scenario that is more real than the boogeyman.
