Did Tony Abbott hang out at the mission?

Does Tony Abbott have indigenous friends or acquaintece that lived with growing up?

Does Tony Abbott understand the cultural & racial specific differences in how we perceive?

I wonder if Tony Abbott has the ability to actually improve aboriginal affairs while responsible as special envoy on Indigenous affairs... Because in the last 5 to 10 years nearly all areas of indigenous social welfare and well-being such as health, incarceration, suicide rates, employment and education standards have not improved and in some cases they've become much worse!

Funding has increased for indigenous affairs over this period too but has not been effectively invested due to weak & impractical policies! 

When will the government and the people of Australia understand that empowering indigenous people to make decisions & being integral to governing our own needs is something that will benefit all Australia
