The government's fake cash mandate could be disallowed by the senate.
Late last night government senators prevented a vote on a motion to disallow the cash mandate regulations moved by Senator Roberts.
They fear the senate could pass this motion, disallow their cash mandate regulations and force them back to the drawing board.
Jim Chalmers' cash mandate could be defeated today. The cash mandate disallowance motion is back on the order of business.
