Facing the continuation of Israel's war against refugee camps, schools and hospitals in the Gaza Strip, we maintain our position in favor of peace, the denunciation of the genocide and the release of Orión Hernández Radoux, a Mexican kidnapped by Hamas. We denounce the violation of international law and the 1959 Geneva Convention that causes war crimes: 16 thousand deaths; of which, 7,208 were children, 3,716 women and 71 journalists. This is the war of ignominy and defeat, since there is evidence that Israel is failing, since Hamas presents a tenacious resistance even with control of the captives. We denounce Tel Aviv's illegal and illegitimate intention to militarily occupy the north of the strip in the long term with the voluntary migration campaign it promotes. There are already one million 700 thousand Palestinians displaced due to the bombings. With this, the dispossession of the territory would become effective. We demand that the Israeli ambassador to Mexico, Einat Kranz Neiger, and her government maintain the definitive ceasefire to make way for peace, care for civilians and the release of captives. We demand that the Mexican government break diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv in protest of the genocide. Collective of friends and family for the freedom of Orión Hernández Radoux
