Thank you all for your support so far! I'm still trying to fight for equality in our schools, and have had to write yet another complaint to the council about the mistreatment of children from different religions and backgrounds. A primary school in Devon were purposely excluding non Christian students, and isolating them because they belonged to another religion. My own child was left out and then refused a gift of some chocolate because he couldn't take part in their Christian themed day. The non Christian students had to watch every other child receive a gift whilst they got nothing. I honestly can't believe that this is happening in our schools in 2024! There is no alternative in place for students with a different religion, so they're being isolated and excluded. I have sent a complaint and asked for this to stop as it is causing a divide within school settings at primary school age. I will keep you updated with any responses that I get.
