Good news: 2800! Less good news: A lot of news sites, including ones that you WOULD REALLY EXPECT to cover this news, aren't. So that brings us to the next phase: send an email to your favorite, and/or not-so-favorite, media site to get them to post about the petition. Many, many BB fans obviously know about this. Many, many more likely don't.
