Here are our next steps in the process of getting a law:

• Our team is busy writing up the Situational Analysis, a comprehensive document detailing the incidence of acid violence in Uganda and services needed for survivors.  We look forward to sharing this with you soon!
• The Situational Analysis will be shared with members of the Ugandan Parliament, Ugandan police, and medical personnel at hospitals treating acid attack survivors.  We're planning a big event in Kampala where we will share the results of our data collection and host a discussion about how best to move forward supporting survivors.  One of our recommendations will be to enact a specific law against acid violence in Uganda. 
• We need financial support to make this all happen!  Please donate to help us cover the costs of hosting this event.  We're a small, all-volunteer nonprofit and need your help to make this happen.
