South OC Assemblyman Bill Brough has bravely introduced a bill that will
* restrict TCA's spending to roads already built
* prevent TCA from morphing into a planning agency
* limit its Tax Collecting powers
* keep TCA from messing with, widening, and tolling the I-5.
* effects of this law will be felt immediately, and
* the lid will close on TCA January 1, next year.
