This Mother's Day, spare a thought for the more than 500 mothers who have needlessly lost a veteran child. As they continue their own lives, they experience a heartbreak that will never end.

Today, will you spare a thought for the Mums who have lost so much and share this petition?

Next Mother's Day, there might be another 50 mothers added to this terrible list. We need a Royal Commission into veteran suicide, to ensure veteran wellbeing going forward. And we need it now.

To all of these mums, we say we hope you find happiness this Mother's Day, and some joy in the memories you hold dear. We will never forget your daughters or your sons.
