ACTION TO TAKE THIS WEEK 

STEP 1 — Find your Massachusetts state rep:
malegislature.gov/Search/FindMyLegislator

STEP 2 — Contact them and ask them to push S.3028 out of House Ways and Means immediately:

The Senate passed S.3028 unanimously 38-0 in March.

It includes adoption requirements for ALL research facilities testing on dogs and cats.

It is sitting in House Ways and Means right now.

Tell them the public appetite for this is massive and growing by the day.

Tell them DPH License MA-67 for Charles River Laboratories in Worcester expires June 26.

Tell him S.3028 needs to move now. The Senate already acted unanimously. The House needs to follow.
