Condo owners targeted by condo industry association attorneys, condo management Co.s, & the rogue condo boards they put in charge - to facilitate scam, defraud, and abuse of Massachusetts condo consumers- NEED A VOICE TOO. In the absence of any condominium regulatory authority, oversight and enforcement of Massachusetts condominium laws, these perpetrators are getting away with their own rules and justifications, "legalizing" criminal activities, consumer fraud, extortion and other forms of abuse in condominium settings. Most vulnerable targets of these condo scams are senior citizens, single women, and economically disadvantaged individuals.
