The truth is important in a world where civilian lives are under threat from terrorism and nuclear war. [https://www.newsweek.com/nuclear-war-india-pakistan-death-toll-ww2-1462550?amp=1 )That too in an era of revolving door pandemics.

It is crucial in international relations to determine the conduct of each of the parties involved [ India-Kashmir-Pakistan]. People deserve the truth.

Before I commence on my view of the current situation, I would like to say that India has been found guilty of human rights violations by the UNHRC for their misconduct in Kashmir. That is only on a few years concrete evidence. India is lucky, the UNHRC Commissioner did not seek out truck loads of evidence over the decades of Kashmir's tortuous traumatic history. If they had, they would have found the mass graves of thousands of innocent Kashmiris, the evidence of torture of numerous innocent civilians and the disappearances of many more. India should really be tried as a war criminal at the International Criminal Courts but its been clever and not signed up to it. This leaves India unaccountable and able to do whatever it wants to. Indeed, this is what it does in Kashmir. It does whatever it wants to without any accountability in international law. If India had been Nazi Germany today, there would have been no Nuremberg trials.

We would say Kashmir was beautiful if it wasn't for the blood beneath the snow. Kashmir has never ever had a break. Perhaps the UNHRC report was a minor success for them but even then, India had to spin a lie on the complainants. Through Republic TV they felt compelled to say that ISI was embroiled with the UNHRC probably because their conceited little hearts could not take the fact two women with the help of numerous Kashmiris outsmarted them by unearthing and collating the data. It is something India has never been able to handle. Their paranoid mind does not allow them to address the concept that the Empire of India was defeated by two women and people power without ISI. There wasn't one handsome spy on hand to edit our document or spend the hundreds of hours drafting and sending in data.

It is probably why they sit on  the Human Rights Council and seek to stop a full inquiry by placating the UN with "donations". They even roped in the hapless Emmanuel Macron to do their dirty work  at the UNSC. France blocked the discussion of Kashmir at the UNSC many times. https://indianexpress.com/article/india/france-us-block-china-move-on-jk-at-unsc/

Now, France is cornered for its Islamophobic stance. Macron clearly failed to read the ECHR https://english.alarabiya.net/en/features/2018/10/25/European-court-rules-insulting-Prophet-Mohammed-not-freedom-of-expression-case on why the Prophet must not be insulted. Anyhow, it is clear that France's usual claim to fairness, freedom and revolution has taken a back seat in favour of its support for India. India being a fascist power driven by the RSS who once supported Nazi Germany. https://www.haaretz.com/opinion/hitlers-hindus-indias-nazi-loving-nationalists-on-the-rise-1.5628532

This specific quality of India is very relevant because the warnings on the dangers of this type of power are already imprinted in history. Yet, the warnings of the last few years have fallen on deaf years. The multiple atrocities in Kashmir, its genocide alert, multiple warnings by the United Nations on India's manifestly dysfunctional conduct have been all but forgotten. India's record of one catastrophe after another targeting the Muslim community and Imran Khan's voice in thew wilderness seem a distant inconvenience to both the UN and the European Commission. These should raise alarm bells in all countries who are members of the international community but they all remain mute. People die, they are buried and international relations appear to continue as if nothing had ever happened. One could say the UN has lost its ability to recognise the horrific effects of fascism. It has been seduced by India. On one year, countries were seen to stand on one foot chanting Om Shanti at the UNGA while India was busy shooting civilians in Kashmir. Then the UN was seen partying away and dancing while Syrians were being bombed and shot dead. UN operatives were even caught having sex in their car this year in Tel Aviv.  It is against this backdrop of badly behaved dysfunction at the UN that allows fascism to grow unnoticed. The malfunction of the international system is now costing lives.

Unfortunately, India's spinning media has made us all believe Pakistan is the "bad guy" and that India is the multiple God worshipping angel of peace. The evidence shows quite the opposite. For years, we have all known India's role in various attacks in  and around Pakistan and there has been mountains of evidence for this. The public has been in denial. This is despite Pakistan's laudable role and sacrifices in the War on Terror which should have sealed their reputation. The USA made use of its intelligence and ability for years then took the credit for their successes leaving Pakistan to fend for itself.

The fact remains, Pakistan has successfully combated terrorism for years. Pakistan has been the USA's silent weapon in the war on terror. Pakistan's reputation is slowly being rebuilt by the intelligence and abilities of Imran Khan, their Prime Minister. Prior to this politicians regularly sold themselves to India for mountains of gold coins further eroding the national security of the country. With this deceit and disloyal behaviour, Pakistan has been forced to fight its battles on multiple fronts.

India is quite the master of deception. A report by Microsoft https://www.standard.co.uk/news/world/india-has-more-fake-news-than-anywhere-else-in-the-world-report-says-a4059876.htmlcited that India has more fake news than anywhere else in the world. The world relies on India's well crafted English media. So, the west has always been convinced of the multiple deceptive well crafted propaganda on Pakistan.

For years, Pakistan has been the victim of constant hybrid warfare by India's well honed media machinery. Pakistan's military are probably the best in the world at practical warfare so their resources were spent defending their country. This is why Pakistan's Operation Swift retort was such a resounding success. Pakistan's Military is well versed in complex defence and has absolutely no problems in winning against any enemy. That was why their Airforce shot down India's fighter jets and went home with a prisoner of war for fantastic tea.

It is to Pakistan's credit that they remain silent about their numerous victories. They have spent their resources on getting the job done. Their  primary aim has been to protect their borders and uphold national security. The only negative side effect of keeping silent is that it gives India the space to manufacture whatever they want in terms of information warfare. India's deceit during Operation Swift Retort and the Balakote skirmish was first exposed by the New York Times who outlined the lack of evidence on India's tale of fiction.

With similar tissues of lies spun by India for decades, Pakistan and its position on Kashmir has suffered terribly. Despite Kashmir having a grass roots civilian movement to demand their civil rights, India's made sure that the cycle of violence continues. It has driven Kashmir to the edge by eroding their civil liberties. Due to the spectre of terrorism cast successfully there by India, the west often neglects or ignores the plight of Kashmiri civilians. India conducts a cold war upon Pakistan and a hybrid war on Kashmir that includes using the population in their nefarious psychological operations.

Kashmiris have been lost in this quagmire failing to see what has happened to them. Their male population is dwindling due to the heavy might of India. India's success in undermining non violent means of activism has convinced Kashmir that their voice isn't needed at the UN. This is so bad that Kashmir has never so much as hired their own legal representation to represent their interests through legal channels. Successful challenges like the Chagos Islands [ https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/feb/25/un-court-rejects-uk-claim-to-sovereignty-over-chagos-islands case passes them by.

India has made civilians fear everything including signing petitions or even writing to the UN. This is so entrenched that the direction of activism and lobbying is lost. The activism is plagued with India's active silencers reporting and censoring multiple accounts. Those that remain propagate events yet their campaign is non directional, poorly executed and  more for the shock effect of spectators watching war games. The net result is no movement in the Kashmir matter at all.

Kashmir has forgotten the power to change their fate lies with them and non violent methods that have been neglected for decades. For instance, the UNHRC complaint was never drafted by anyone nor a formal complaint made until we decided to do it. These missing parts of activism and lobbying has caused Kashmir to exist as a commodity that is used and abused by everyone and ignored by each international power. Most in Kashmir seem to believe that they have an automatic rights to accountability via the UN. Yet, they fail to comprehend that the UN functions by lobbies and proper targeted activism which Kashmir has never had the patience or determination to execute properly.

Kashmir deserved better but I fear it maybe lost forever due to its mindset. Even those who are Kashmiris living abroad have simply used the opportunity to feather their nests and forget the importance of seeking expert representation for Kashmir to secure their civil rights. The cause goes from one death to another. One cycle of violence to another. One stream of tears to another but the matter never progresses. India has turned Kashmiri against Kashmiri. It has driven suspicion in the minds of Kashmiris against Pakistan. It has used the usual "divide and conquer" tactic to weaken Kashmir and distance it from Pakistan. This has been done to such an extent that informers sell out Kashmir and Pakistan for a few rupees. While Pakistan was busy defending its borders and saving itself, India was busy crafting their own method of control.

The UN has subsequently neglected Kashmir for all the above reasons. Despite the fact it is the longest running dispute on the UN agenda, its been missed off the G2RP and given no priority at the UN. Outfits like EFSAS infiltrate the UN to constantly feed it with false narratives of Pakistan. While Pakistan was fighting one war after another, India was cleverly damaging its reputation much like it has damaged Kashmir's. It has demonised them all. To preserve their position, India has now silenced Kashmir and banned access to the internet. The voice of Kashmir is absent and India rules its own narrative with no challenge. The UNHRC is too weak to challenge India. Everything Pakistan says or does is summarily ignored by the international community as India has successfully spun numerous demonising tales peppered with the spectre of terrorism. It repeats the same broken record year in and year out in all forums it appears on. So much so that everyone forgets that there are two sides to one story. One must listen to Kashmir and one must listen to Pakistan. The fate of thousands of civilian lives are at stake. Not only has Kashmir lost thousands of lives. Pakistan has lost them too. We must ask, who is the perpetrator of violence?

To that end, I present some of the evidence against India. This is the data that often appears as snippets in the media and never makes it to headline news. The links below are important so do share them. I always say if every Pakistani helped the Pakistan government and military to share the truth on India through social networking, we would be living in a far better world.

4, Pakistan’s security threat comes from India, which has moved to a new strategy of conducting surgical strikes inside Pakistan, says a new study which also warns that despite nuclearisation, the possibility of another war in the region cannot be ruled out.

The 15-month study project by a Washington think-tank, the Brookings Institution, focuses on the “strategic chain” linking Pakistan, India, China and the US.
