MODULE3-SESSION7 BACK TO NATURE/ECO LIVING Before these present days of modern technology & modern resources; people from all civilizations lived in better harmony with the earths seasons & cycles. This means they didn’t depend on the supermarket to get food…They would hunt, fish, have gardens & orchards. They didn’t move into modern apartments or custom designed neighbourhoods…they made their houses out of natural resources. They wouldn’t buy music from a store…they learned to play music, sing, drum & dance. They didn’t spend hours watching TV or surfing the web…They focused more on family time & constructive production. They didn’t depend on cars, motorbikes, aircraft or trains…rather they rode donkeys, horses, crafted boats and chariots. Sound interesting….??? During this module we will look into each of these topics, so that you gain greater understanding, skills & appreciation, of eco-living. • We will be making our own organic garden • Learning about fishing & hunting • Learning healthy ways to cook using raw ingredients • Learn about & make our own composting bin, and toilet • Learning different ways to eco-build • Learning about medicinal plants • Tree identification • Learning about different methods of energy • Trying new activities during the evening rather than watching TV • Learning how to make a cooking fire, preparing meals there • Have an over night eco-experience, using all the skills we gained.  Many Peple have enjoyed this Module we offer, at Tira Ora...
