去年に実施した『東京五輪のライブサイト計画の中止を求める署名』に賛同頂き誠にありがとうございました。

皆様一人一人のお力で、代々木公園の自然を守ることが出来ました。

この度は再び脅かされている東京の自然を守るために、署名を立ち上げましたので、皆様の協力をお願いしたく連絡致しました。

今『明治神宮外苑』の自然が破壊されようとしています。

『三井不動産』『伊藤忠商事』『日本オラクル』『明治神宮』『日本スポーツ振興センター』を主な事業者とする神宮外苑地区の再開発計画が2月9日に承認されました。

その過程で、1000本の木が伐採されます。

伐採予定の木の中には樹齢100年を越える古木も存在します。

長い間私たちにオアシスを提供してくれた外苑の自然が、国民に十分な周知もされないまま、一瞬にして破壊されようとしています。

この計画の見直しを求めるべく再び署名を立ち上げました。

去年、代々木公園を救えたのは皆様の署名のお陰です。

私達の力で今度は外苑の自然を救いましょう。ご協力何卒宜しくお願い致します。

Thank you very much for your support of the petition to halt the public viewing live site at Yoyogi Park last year. Thanks to your help, we were able to stop the public viewing from going forward. With the help of each and every one of you, we were able to protect the nature of Yoyogi Park.

I’m reaching out now because once again trees in Tokyo are threatened, and I have set up a petition and would like to ask for your cooperation.

This time, it’s Meiji Jingu Gaien that is under threat, with 1000 trees set to be cut down, many of them over 100 years old.

On February 9, a redevelopment plan for the Meiji Jingu Gaien area was approved, with Mitsui Fudosan, Itochu, Oracle Japan, Meiji Shrine, and Japan Sport Council as the main organizations involved.

The greenery that has served as an oasis for the people of Tokyo for so many years will be destroyed in an instant without the public being fully informed.

My new petition demands a review and revision of this development plan for Jingu Gaien.

Thanks to your signatures, we were able to make a difference for Yoyogi Park last year.
