Проблема
Дорогие друзья!
«Надежда» - первый приют, открытый в городе Улан-Удэ более 14 лет назад. День рождения приюта: 31 января 2008 года. Сейчас в нём проживает более 250 собак и, к сожалению, нам регулярно подбрасывают щенков и взрослых животных. Все эти годы «Надеждой» руководила Людмила Алексеевна Левантуева, сейчас по состоянию здоровья она ушла с работы, и руководителем приюта стала Виолетта Владимировна Краснобаева.
Новый 2021 год начался для нашего сибирского приюта особенно тяжело: поступлений средств ноль, все забыли про нас, крупных спонсоров у нас нету, мы существуем на деньги добрых людей!
Государство нам не помогает, а в лице властей города Улан-Удэ и Народного Хурала Бурятии, которые обвинили наш приют во всех смертных грехах, пытается наш приют уничтожить!
Все эти годы городские и республиканские власти не делали ничего для спасения животных в республике и помощи приютам. Наоборот, животные ежегодно уничтожаются и по подсчетам волонтеров, в нашей республике на убийства бедных животных с 2008 года было истрачено более 230 миллионов рублей!
Они постоянно находили какую-то причину для уничтожения всех собак и иногда даже котиков!
И это делалось вместо того чтоб помогать частным приютам и строить государственные! Даже когда 2 года назад был принят Закон об ответственном обращении с животными, запрещающий убивать животных прямо на улице власти продолжали это делать, им плевать на Путина и законы, которые он подписывает!
Сейчас наш приют вместо помощи ему, хотят уничтожить, выгнать с обжитой территории, где мы благодаря вам, наши дорогие друзья, смогли пробурить скважину, обустроить большое количество вольеров, как-то благоустроить быт наших питомцев! Теперь наш приют хотят разделить между двумя частными приютами, хотя те вовсе не согласны с этим, у них нет ни помещений для нас, ни средств для содержания наших животных!
По инсайдеской информации, земля на которой находится наш приют, понадобилась кому-то для строительства! Вот нас и выгоняют! При этом нам не хотят давать денег на переезд, ни на строительство новых вольеров, новой кухни, бурение скважины для воды, создание карантинной зоны, создания медблока. Они нам вообще не желают помогать, а просто хотят уничтожить действующий приют. Причем насильно!
У нас земля получена законно, договор аренды у нас действителен до 2023 года, при этом нам подняли арендную плату в несколько сот раз в месяц с 7,88 руб. на 4494,08 руб.! При этом нам даже не сообщили об этом задним числом, поставив просто перед фактом!!!!
Нас всеми силами пытаются выселить, тем самым уничтожить приют!
Поэтому дорогие друзья! Очень просим помочь всех, кто может, распространить эту информацию про наш приют и помочь нам его сохранить!
Так же просим писать Путину В.В. , главе Бурятии Цыденову А.С., в Народный Хурал Республики Бурятия.
Мы властям предлагаем построить нам новый забор за несколько сот тысяч, а не тратить на наше выселение 40 миллионов рублей!
Земля у нас получена на законных основаниях, а люди которые поселились вокруг нас и желают нас выселить, в большинстве своем самостройщики и у них нет документов на землю и думаем, что не будет документов на землю под домами, потому что мы находимся на территории бывшей зверофермы, на которой была утилизация погибших животных, а потом свалка отходов, поэтому людям на такой земле не разрешат узаконить участки!

All these years, the city and republican authorities have not done anything to save animals in the republic and help shelters, on the contrary, animals are destroyed annually and according to the estimates of volunteers in our republic, more than 230 million rubles have been spent on killing poor animals since 2008!
They constantly found some reason for the destruction of all dogs and sometimes even seals!
And this was done instead of helping private shelters and building public ones! Even when the Law on Responsible Treatment of Animals was passed 2 years ago, prohibiting the killing of animals right on the street, the authorities continued to do it, they don't care about Putin and the laws he signs!
Now, instead of helping him, they want to destroy our shelter, expel it from the inhabited territory, where, thanks to you, our dear subscribers were able to drill water, equip a large number of aviaries, somehow improve the life of our pets! They want to divide our shelter between two private other shelters, although they do not agree with this at all, they have neither premises for us nor the means to keep our animals!
They are not promised money for the adoption of our animals either! those shelters are also private and also barely take out!
According to insider information, the land on which our shelter is located was needed by someone to build something! So they're kicking us out! At the same time, they do not want to give us money for moving, nor for the construction of new aviaries, a new kitchen, drilling a well for water, creating a quarantine zone, creating a medical unit, they do not want to help us at all, but simply want to destroy us. And forcibly!
Our land was obtained legally, our lease agreement is valid until 2023, while we have raised the rent several hundred times a month from 7.88p. to 4494.08p., while we were not even informed about it retroactively, simply putting in front of this fact!!!!
They are trying to evict us with all their might, thereby destroying the shelter!
