24 января 2021г. прошла информация о том, что Зубков сообщил о подписании инвестиционной декларации по расширению парка львов «Тайган».
«Я только что приехал из Корпорации развития Крыма, где подписал инвестпроект – инвестиционную декларацию, которая ляжет в основу для выделения 47 гектаров для расширения парка «Тайган». Я беру на себя очень большие обязательства… Фактически, парк «Тайган» увеличивается в полтора раза. На этой площади будет реализовываться один из моих инвестпроектов, как «Крымский коллизей». Новые территории будут отведены и для слонов, и для жирафов, и для медведей. Это заявление было опубликовано 24 января, а 25-го вышло распоряжение об отстреле 20 медведей.
Напрашивается вывод, что медведи не вписывались в планы новых проектов, а это значит, что все предшествующие заявления о парке для медведей, все призывы и сборы финансовых пожертвований были фейком и просто пиар ходом.
THE SHOT BEARS WERE DOOMED
On January 24, 2021, Zubkov, owner of Taigan zoo, announced the signing of the investment declaration according to which he was supposed to get 47 hectares for the park’s territory.
"I have just arrived from the Crimean Development Corporation, where I signed an investment declaration that will form the basis for allocating 47 hectares for the Taigan Park’s territory increasing. … In fact, the Taigan Park is increasing by one and a half times. One of my investment projects, such as the Crimean Colosseum, will be implemented on this square. New territories will be set aside for elephants, giraffes, and bears. This statement was published on January 24, and on the next day Zubkov issued an order to shoot 20 bears.
Thus it can be assumed that bears did not fit into the plans of new projects, which means that all previous statements about a park for bears, all appeals and collections of financial donations were fake, and the whole case was just a big publicity stunt.
