Ricky Hill is a political figure serving as a member of the Arkansas State Senate from District 11, representing parts of Lonoke and Pulaski County. A Republican, he was first elected in June 2018. Hill graduated from Cabot High School and earned a Master's degree in Agriculture Business and Economics from Arkansas State University. He is an executive vice president at Bank OZK and operates his family farm. Prior to his legislative career, Hill served on the Cabot School Board from 2012 to 2017. He chairs the Senate Transportation, Technology & Legislative Affairs Committee and has sponsored legislation supporting education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
