Natalie Ziegler is a prominent American politician and farmer, currently serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 9A, which encompasses parts of Howard and Montgomery counties. Ziegler graduated from Abbot Academy in 1972 and received her bachelor's degree with high honors in psychology from Oberlin College in 1977. She later earned a master's degree in economics and American foreign policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in 1986. Ziegler's career spans various fields, including journalism and business. She worked as a journalist and guest booker for CNN from 1986 to 1994 before co-founding a jewelry manufacturing company with her husband in 2001. Additionally, she owns Carroll Mill Farm, a feed grain operation located in Ellicott City, Maryland.
